Tender goat shoulder oven roasted for 6 hours then cleaned and slow cooked a further 3 hrs with Pinot Grigio, carrot, celery & herbs.
Heat to desired temp on a pan or microwave and stir though your favourite pasta topped with Grana Padano parmesan. Our house gnocchi goes great with this ragu.
