Pasta Making Classes
Once you eat freshly made pasta it will be very difficult to ever eat packet pasta again.
Each Sunday 1pm at Mother Dough, we hold pasta and sauce making classes in small groups of four maximum. Every guest chef will have a hands on experience in making their own ball of pasta dough then working it through a domestic pasta making machine. You will make your own 500-600 gram portion of fettucine, spaghetti or pappardelle to take home to serve and impress your friends and loved ones or just demolish yourself.
Your reward for your hard work is to sit down with our chef and owners and enjoy a plate of fresh pasta and glass of wine. We'll chat about Italy, your favourite foods, wines and when you'll make your own first batch of fresh pasta at home unassisted.
All classes are a maximum of 4 guest chefs and generally takes about 2 hours. Booking times are flexible and we're happy to accomodate your requirements where possible.
