Meatballs - In Napoli sauce with parmesan
Arancini - Porcini and mozzarella risotto balls
Bruschetta - Sliced cherry tomatoes & diced Spanish onions tossed through evoo, oregano, seasoning dressed with parmesan & balsamic glaze
Main dishes: Pasta
Gnocchi al Forno - Desiree gnocchi in a rich meat based Napoli sauce, topped with mozzarella and finished in our wood fired oven
Casarecce with Wild Boar Ragu - Oven baked for 6 hours then slow cooked in a Napoli sauce with Sangiovese, spices & orange zest
Main dishes: Pizze
Buffalo Margherita - An Italian classic, highlighting the amazing GF base
La Sfiziosa - on a bianca base, fior di latte, prosicutto, basil pesto, buffalo mozzarella fresh, parmesan
Ossobuco - In honour of Vince - braised slow cooked ossobuco w/ sauce reduction, roast potato, wild rocket and shaved parmesan
Pizzas to be served with an Italian salad of mixed leaf & radicchio tossed in a white wine balsamic vinaigrette
Dolce:
Italian waffles toasted in our wood fire oven topped with either vanilla or Sicilian torrone drizzled with maple syrup
Vince Lotito, founder of Ardor Gluten Free, will be attending and giving us an insight into his 20 years experience as a coeliac and producer of high end Gluten Free products. Our wonderful dishes are made using Ardor gnocchi, casarecce, course breadcrumbs, pizza dough and Italian waffles.
